Day 1, Thursday, April 2, 2009     
10:40pm

TBA Airlines Group 1 departs from LAX on flt # XXX for Orlando, FL
10:20pm TBA Airlines Group 2 departs from LAX on flt # XXX for Orlando, FL.

Day 2, Friday, April 3, 2009
5:58am TBA Airlines group arrives at Orlando International Airport.
6:12am

TBA Airlines group arrives at Orlando International Airport.
Proceed to baggage claim and retrieve bags.  Proceed to motorcoach and load baggage.  Equipment will be loaded on an equipment truck and sent to the resort.
7:30am 

Stop at breakfast restaurant in route to Kennedy Space Center.
9:00am

Board your charter motorcoaches and depart for Kennedy Space Center.
10:00am Arrive at Kennedy Space Center Visitor’s Complex.  Enjoy the facilities of the visitor’s center.  Enjoy the IMAX movies and the bus tour to the launch facilities and Saturn V building during your visit.
1:30pm

Meet the motorcoaches and depart for the port to check in for the cruise.
2:00pm Board the Royal Caribbean ship “Monarch of the Sea” and cruise life begins! Buffet lunch on the Pool Deck.  4pm Passenger Lifeboat Drill.  Dinner in the dining room.  Disco opens at 9:45.  Sign up & pay for optional Nassau tours. Midnight buffet in the Dining room - “A sight to see” 1:00am curfew

Day 3, Saturday, April 4, 2009

Breakfast anywhere on the ship. 11am you may leave the ship in Nassau to shop or attend a tour
with chaperones. Lunch can be on the ship at anytime.  Avoid using the hair braiding deals in
town…dirty stuff! Back on the ship and more fun! Formal Dinner tonight in our dining room.
1:30am curfew.

Day 4, Sunday, April 5, 2009

Breakfast anywhere on the ship including the main dining room. Royal Caribbean Private Island at “ CocoCay “ (No other people on this Island…just our ship and maybe one more ship)  You can still use your sail & sign card on the island.  Last night Pool Deck Party.  At 10pm, pack and leave your luggage outside your door when you go to sleep. Get sleep tonight so you can enjoy Disneyworld.  Midnight lights out!  You will get up early!

Day 5, Monday, April 6, 2009
9:00am (Approx.) Group disembarks the ship. Retrieve baggage.  Proceed to awaiting motorcoaches.
9:30am Load baggage on your charter motorcoaches and depart for Walt Disney World. 
10:30am

Arrive at Disney’s All Star Movies Resort, 1901 East Buena Drive, Lake Buena Vista, FL  32830 (407) 939-7000.
11:30am

Following the storage of your luggage and freshening up, proceed to the park
1:00pm

Board Disney Transportation and depart for the Magic Kingdom.  Enjoy all the rides and attractions in this fabulous park.  Make sure you take in the three mountains, Space Mountain, Splash Mountain, and Thunder Mountain Railroad. Some other great rides are Buzz Lightyear’s Ranger Spin, the Haunted Mansion and Alien Encounter. Use your Disney meal coupons (2) for lunch and dinner.
6:00pm

Use Disney Transportation and proceed to Epcot for the evening.  This fascinating park holds a world of discoveries.  Whether it’s a peak into the scientific future at Innoventions or a worldwide glimpse of eleven different countries in the World Showcase, you will be thrilled by the unique spirit of this park. 

9:00pm Enjoy the production of IllumiNations, a dazzling nighttime extravaganza.
9:30pm Depart from Epcot for hotel on Disney transportation.  12:00 Curfew. 

Day 6, Tuesday, April 7, 2009
8:00am

Enjoy breakfast at the food court using your dining card.
10:00am

Use Disney Transportation and proceed to Epcot for the day.  This fascinating park holds a world of discoveries.  Whether it’s a peak into the scientific future at Innoventions or a worldwide glimpse of eleven different countries in the World Showcase, you will be thrilled by the unique spirit of this park. 
Use your Disney meal coupons (2) for lunch and dinner.

Band members
5:30pm Meet at the coffee cart beside the Italy pavilion to go backstage for your workshop.  Unload your instruments and prepare to begin the workshop.
6:00pm

The “You’re Instrumental” workshop begins.  This is one of the highest rated instrumental workshops offered by Magic Music Days.
8:30pm

At the conclusion of the workshop, load instruments back in cases and load the equipment truck. proceed to Disney Transportation and return the resort.

Guard Members
5:30pm Meet at the coffee cart beside the Italy pavilion to go backstage for your workshop.  The Disney Guest Talent Coordinator will escort the group to the workshop area
6:00pm The “Disney Dancin’ Workshop” begins.  This workshop covers more than just the fundamentals of being a guard member.  You will experience a mock Disney audition process as well as cast member rehearsal practices.
8:30pm

After the workshop, proceed to Disney Transportation and return the resort. 12:00 Curfew
Day 7, Wednesday, April 8, 2009
7:15am Enjoy breakfast at the food court using your dining card.
9:00am Board Disney Transportation and depart for Disney's Animal Kingdom.
9:15am

Arrive at Disney’s Animal Kingdom! In this park you can take a safari adventure where some of the wild animals are so close you can almost touch them!  In the center of the park is The Tree of Life, where you can experience the 3-D show, “It’s Tough to be a Bug!”  Also don’t miss the two great shows in this park, “The Festival of the Lion King” and "Finding Nemo, The Musical!"
Use your Disney meal coupons (2) for lunch and dinner.
3:00pm  Depart from Animal Kingdom on Disney Transportation for Disney Hollywood Studios.
3:30pm Arrive at Disney Hollywood Studios.  In this park you can ride the Tower of Terror, and don’t miss out on the Rockin’ Roller Coaster co-starring Aerosmith.  There are plenty of other attractions such as, Star Tours, The Great Movie Ride, and Muppets 3D!
9:00pm

Enjoy FANTASMIC!  Get in line early to make sure you see this show.
10:30PM

Depart from Hollywood Studios on Disney Transportation for the resort
Check in with chaperones & lights out at 11:30pm no TV, no lights…sleep!
(We need some sleep!).
Day 7, Thursday, April 9, 2008
9:00am

Enjoy breakfast at the food court using your dining card.
Check out and load your luggage onto motorcoaches.

  Cost
We are still working on the best possible air for this large group.  The cost will be under $1600 which is still very good.  This is a good deal even compared with the price four years ago at $1,334.
