Debut Show February 4, 2012 @ South Hills High School

Schedule of Events:
1. Arrive at FVHS for rehearsal at 12:45 p.m.
2. Rehearsal begins at 1:00 p.m.
3. Rehearsal concludes at 3:30 p.m.
4. Lunch/snack time and Prep for the show 3:30-4:30 p.m.
(We are wearing all black for the show and hair should be put in a neat ponytail, have black jazz shoes, and wear natural make-up for show)
5. Depart FVHS for South Hills High School at 4:45 p.m.
6. Arrive at South Hills High School approx. 6:00 p.m.
(Call Coach Cory upon arrival)
7. Unload, Check-in, and bathroom 6:00-6:30 p.m.
(Please be in all black with warm-ups on, have your flag bag, NOOOOO CELL PHONES)
8. Warm-Up begins at 6:30 p.m.
(We may leave to help Downey High School on the floor at 6:40 p.m.)
10. Warm-Up concludes at 7:30 p.m.
11. Walk and arrive at Staging area at 7:40 p.m.
12. DEBUT PERFORMANCE TIME at 8:00 p.m.
13. Fold floor and talk with Coach Cory (THE BLACK MAN J) 8:15-8:45
14. Depart for FVHS at 9:00 p.m.
15. Arrive at FVHS at approx. 10:15 p.m.
16. Unload and dismissal at approx. 10:35 p.m.

You need the following:
-Winter guard uniform
-Body tights
-Jazz shoes
-Gloves
-Tennis shoes
-Warm-ups
-Winter guard show shirt
-Water bottle
Parent Information
-There is no flash photography during performances.
-Everyone MUST pay to enter the show. There will be no “sneaking in” by “helping” the color guard on and off the floor. We can be penalized if people from FVHS try to do this.
-Parents MUST come to band room to pick-up students. No exceptions.
Please refrain from visiting the guard during warm-up. Also, do not yell/call names out right before the guard starts their performance. It only adds to the nerves the performers are already feeling. We welcome parent interaction and support after the performance once we have packed everything up.
Rehearsals:
Mondays 5-9 p.m.
Wednesdays 2-6 p.m.
Thursdays 2-6 p.m.
Camps and Saturdays
Three Day Camp Weekend (1/28/12 thru 1/30/12) 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturdays 2/18/12 9-5 p.m.
We may come on some Saturdays before local shows pending on the teams
progress and they will be informed of those rehearsal well in advanced.
