RALPHS COMMUNITY PROGRAMS
WEBSITE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

IF YOU HAVE NOT REGISTERED YOUR RALPHS REWARDS CARD ONLINE
NOTE: The RALPHS website is now secured, so these procedures will apply to everyone who has not entered their email address and assigned a password.

  1. Log in to www.ralphs.com
  2. Click on Sign In if you already have an online account, or Create An Account if you have not.
  3. If you are creating a new online account, follow these steps:
  4. Select a preferred store by entering your Zip Code and clicking SEARCH
  5. Enter e-mail address, and confirm e-mail address
  6. Enter password, and confirm password
  7. Click on any mail or e-mail subscriptions you choose, and click NEXT
  8. Enter your RALPHS REWARDS card number and complete your information, then click NEXT
  9. Agree to the Terms & Conditions by clicking in the box
  10. Click on Complete Registration
  11. You will then get a message to check your e-mail inbox and click on the link within the body of the email.  You will now see ‘Your Ralph.com Account Has Been Activated.’
  12. Click on ‘Click Here’ to login to your account.
    1. If your session has expired, you will be directed to the sign-in page.
    2. Enter your email address and password to access your account.
  13. Scroll down until you see the Edit Community Contribution link.  Click on this link.
  14. Enter FVRR’s NPO number (80505), select FVRR and click Save Changes.
  15. To verify that you are enrolled correctly, you will now see FVRR’s name on your account page.
  16. You have now completed your Online rewards card registration AND your Community Contributions registration.
  17. Click “Logout” at the top of the page.

IF YOU HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED YOUR RALPHS REWARDS CARD ONLINE (you’ve already entered your email address and assigned yourself a password)

  1. Log in to www.ralphs.com
  2. Click Sign In (in the upper right corner)
  3. Enter your email address and password
  4. Click on ‘My Account’ (in the top right hand corner)
  5. View all your information and edit as necessary
  6. To make a change to your organization selection:
  7. Click on ‘Edit Community Contribution Program Information’
  8. Type in your 5 digit NPO number or the first 5 letters of the organization name and click ‘Search’
  9. In the ‘Select Your Organization Section’, click next to the FVRR’s name
  10. Click on ‘Save Changes’
  11. Review all information shown on your account
  12. You will now see all of the changes you made and your account is updated
  13. Click on ‘Logout’ at the top of the page
